P.Diddy sat down with Vibe Magazine to speak about the Nicki Minaj & Lil Kim Beef heres what the article had to say:

With his Dirty Money group album, Last Train To Paris, meeting its long delayed release today, the former shiny suit man has a lot to celebrate.

Keeping the positivity at an all time high, Diddy stopped through the Funkmaster Flex Show in New York City and responded to the ongoing feud between Lil Kim and Nicki Minaj.
“My take on the whole situation is that I love Lil Kim no matter what’s going on or what’s being said. Kim has definitely had some responsibility for my success,” Diddy told Flex. “Me working with Nicki Minaj has nothing to do with going against Kim.”

However, the Bad Boy mogul admitted that he wouldn’t interfere as long as the two dueling rappers kept everything on wax.

“I wouldn’t be around Nicki if I ever heard anything negative said about Kim. But when it comes to just being an emcee, that’s where I got to just stand back. If they want to do things and be emcees that’s they business,” he continued. “I’m not with no negativity and I’m not with no beef. I love both of them.”

Diddy maintains that even with his business ties to Nicki, Lil Kim will always hold a place in his heart and in a perfect world he would like to see the two collaborate.

Katy Perry Hits Out At Lady GaGa

With the (music) world all but falling at the feet of a certain Lady GaGa, it appears Pop princess Katy Perry is not amongst them. Indeed, in the latest issue of Rolling Stone magazine, the 25 year old took specific aim at the ‘Bad Romance’ singer’s use of shock tactics and religion.

Raised in a devout Christian household (by Pastor parents), Perry admits in the feature to being somewhat of a contradiction, due to her own racy lyrics and image. However, she goes on to say:

“I am sensitive to Russell [Brand, her fiance] taking the Lord’s name in vain and to Lady Gaga putting a rosary in her mouth. I think when you put sex and spirituality in the same bottle and shake it up, bad things happen.”

Again acknowledging her own shortcomings (and taking a pop at GaGa), Perry tells the iconic magazine:

“Yes, I said I kissed a girl, but I didn’t say I kissed a girl while f***ing a crucifix.

”

This marks the second time the ‘California Gurls’ singer has hit out at GaGa. In June, immediately following the premiere of GaGa’s controversial ‘Alejandro’ video, Perry tweeted:

“blasphemy as entertainment is as cheap as a comedian telling a fart joke.

”

Shade In Barbie World pt 2 Plus Diddy Puts his Two Cents In!

Lil Kim is madder than a muthaf*cka and still going in. In the second part of her interview with Thisis50.com, she calls Drake a p*ssy for coming at her:

I really liked Drake. I use to like him but for him to have the audacity to disrespect me. This n*gga gonna f*cking shout me out when Ray J is the one that said it. How b*tchy do you look right now. You look like a straight p*ssy, P*ssy! Cause you came at me and I am a f*cking female!

Meanwhile, Diddy revealed how he felt about the whole Nicki Minaj/Lil Kim beef during a recent interview with Tim Westwood:

I want to say I love Lil Kim man and I’m sorry that she’s mad. I never would have thought by me working with another artist that she would take it the wrong way but if she’s taking it the wrong way, it ain’t meant like that. Nicki has never did anything to her. She ain’t never not pay her homage. She ain’t swagger jack and say nothing negative about her. I think Kim needs to understand that Nicki as a whole, it’s always been respect. Nicki isn’t trying to be her. We still riding with Nicki and we still riding with Kim. We love and respect the days in history that we’ve had with Lil Kim but Kim is going to be an emcee. When emcees come back out, they talk crazy and do what they do but at the end of the day everyone respects Kim for being the Queen B.

That love ain’t going to never change, no matter what she say or feel. I’m always going to remember the good times and I’m not going to make any apologies for working with Nicki Minaj. Especially for someone that has never said anything negative about Lil Kim and who has always, in my eyes, paid homage to Lil Kim. She’s a different emcee. They don’t even talk about the same thing. What Kim has talked about and what Nicki has talked about, they don’t talk about the same things. Anybody that comes after Kim, or me, or Jay or whatever, people get inspired. It’s nothing wrong with her being inspired as long as she takes that inspiration and carves out her own lane. If we do ever manage her, we’ll make sure she carves out that own lane.

Nicki is Nicki, and Kim is Kim. Case closed. We’ll see how far that gets. When you go in that lane, that don’t never win.

Shade In Barbie World!

I really didn’t want to call this whole Lil Kim vs. Nicki Minaj thing a beef but it is what it is. Last night Lil Kim called in to Philly ’s The Beat with Kendra G and went in on Nicki Minaj. Later that night, Drake and Nicki Minaj hit the stage in Hartford CT for 93.7’s Hot Jam. After they performed “Bedrock” Drake says, “Can I say something in front of Hartford?”. Drake went on to say:

“I know you be calling women b*tches in sh*t but I can’t say you the baddest b*tch. I can’t do that because I respect you, I love you too much and you look too beautiful. So I just wanna say you the baddest WOMAN to do this rap sh*t. I don’t give a f*ck what Lil’ Kim or nobody else is talkin about, you’re tha baddest chick to ever do this sh*t! ” Nicki turned around laughing, then came back and hugged him. He told her “I love you.” Then he left the stage.
