New Song: JoJo Remixes Drake’s ‘Marvin’s Room’

Pop starlet JoJo has lent her vocals to a remix of Drake’s ‘Marvin’s Room‘ ahead of the release of new album ‘Jumping Trains’.

Now the second remix to a Drake song the singer has recorded, JoJo’s reworking of ‘Room’ may surprise many of her supporters.

New Track: Kelly Rowland - Motivation ft Lil Wayne & Jeremih

R&B singer Jeremih jumps aboard Kelly Rowland's smash hit, "Motivation."

No stranger to sexy slow jams ('Birthday Sex'), Jeremih adds a verse to the beginning of the Jim Jonsin record. It is a decent listen but Wayne and Kelly still steal the show.

Jeremih is fresh off of a Top 10 smash with the 50 Cent-assisted "Down On Me." His third single is "Love Don't Change," off of his sophomore album, "All About You."

As for Miss Kelly, her album, "Here I Am," drops this Fall.

Chris Brown’s ‘Deuces (Remix)’ debuted moments ago on Def Pen Radio. The track features Drake, T.I., Kanye West, Fabolous and Andre 3000. Check it out below:



This version of the song is a lot better than the original. Drake’s melodic intro and the lyrical froth provided by all of the artists involved definitely outshined Tyga and Kevin McCall’s unimpressive verses. With this record on the radio people could expect Brown to hold on to his position at the top of the Hot Hip-Hop/R&B Songs chart to be extended.

REMIX: Janelle Monae – ‘Faster’ x ‘Dance or Die’ (Nirobi Re Edit)

Just spotted these over at SoulBouce and liked what I heard, so thought I’d share em’ with you good folks. Robert Luis, co-owner & founder of the Tru Thoughts label has re-edited two of the best tracks on Monae’s debut album The Archandroid by not only separating them (the two blend into each other on the LP) but also by adding some new drums to em’ – to “make them more DJ friendly”. I like what he’s done to both the tracks, the difference from the originals is noticable but not so that it ruins their greatness.

Gilles Peterson liked them too – never a bad look. Listen and download both remixes below.
